I had a terrible experience with the Menlyn store.

<p>My sister walked into Lovisa to shop, carrying a couple of other shopping bags. After that drove to Mpumalanga, she calls last night asking me to go back to the stores she went to coz she misplaced a MAC shopping bag.</p> <p> </p> <p>This morning I go back to all the stores including Lovisa, I asked the sales lady if they had not seen the MAC shopping bag and she replies with a no. I left the store and went to the others, and I decided to go back to the store and ask for the footage. Now I find 2 sales ladies and the lady I dealt with at first jumps to speak to me, but weirdly she softly grabs my forearm while walking to the door and we end up speaking by the door, which she tells me that they cannot view the store footage as it sits with the head office. </p> <p> </p> <p>I proceeded to the security centre to ask to view the mall footage, and they helped me however I could not view the footage coz I was not the one in it, my sister then drives back from Mpumalanga (3hrs away) and we view the footage. Only to find that the misplaced bag is at the Lovisa store. The mall security accompanies us to the store and the lady just pulled the bag from the only cupboard in the store, and I spotted her telling the lady who helped to go(run) and when I confronted her about this she starts yelling . We then find the bag without a slip</p>
