Horrible service & turned back during business hours

I would like to report the disgusting service I received at Lovisa Jewellery at Heidelberg mall. I arrived at the store at 17:35 & found one of the stuff members cleaning & I asked her to help me out as I was looking for a round belly ring & she responded so rudely to me shouting & advised me that the store closed. When I asked her for her name, she was rude and told me that I shouldn’t be asking her that question.
