Horrible service received customer support

I am disappointed with the service I received from their customer support I called in twice doing a follow up on my online order I placed on the 20/06/2022 at 07:42am order number SAF75619 both the consultants I spoke to had a terrible lines could barely hear them and both of them hanged up on me.

even after showing my frustration on the second consultant of not being assistance she just went mute after i gave her my order number I could hear her breathing on the other side even while I kept on saying hello multiple time the line was just cut off. Not happy with the service I received.
