Horrible, Horrible Quality - Gold plated.

Extremely unhappy with the quality of my Lovisa products. I spent R500 on a gold plated necklace and gold plated earrings. I understand that Gold plated is not gold, however, I did not expect for the gold to start fading after 5 DAYS.

I have sent multiple messages, even tried reaching them on their Instagram page - to no avail. I'm so unhappy.
