Horrible customer service

I ordered earrings online, one of the set of earrings was broken. I went to the Lovisa store in woodlands, the assistant there was aloof and said there’s nothing she can do. I went online to report the faulty item I received, I have not received a response. I am quite disappointed with the customer service
