Horrible.

I am disgusted. This is the second time I've ordered online from Lovisa, and the second time I've had problems. First of all, when they want your money the process is so easy. But to get your products is a whole nother thing. I've been waiting WEEKS for my products, and when I tracked k my parcel it finally said that the adress was incorrect. WHY DOES OTHER COURIER COMPANIES FIND MY ADDRESS, but Lovisa fails to do so! And twice now. I try to contact them daily, but never hear back, so have i just paid for nothing?? I will never order from Lovisa again. Terrible service.
