False advertising

Very bad service in cavendish mall.the is earrings that are R150 for 3 but when we got to the till we were told that no they not on special. The lady who was assisting us was very rude. She said she does not work there she is working in waterfront branch so she does not know how are things working in that store. I asked who can I speak to she said she is the only one in the store. After that she ignored us she helped other customers. We stood there waiting for assistance then she said we can call the shop assistant, but why must we use our own airtime to solve the shop issue. The earrings were displayed in the 3 for R150 section and it wasn’t just 1 pair but a lot of… we left their branch unhappy and we couldn’t continue with our shopping. Why would you do false advertising? If something is not on sale, you shouldn’t put it on the sales section.
