false advertising

dear Lovisa today i went to your branch in Brooklyn mall. I saw there were specials on where little red tags with various prices were placed by selected items. no where did it state the nature and circumstances of these specials, so I picked a set of chokers that were priced at R50 as stated by your red tags, once scanned at the check out I was told it would be R160, I then indicated to the woman behind the till that the price as stated was R50, she proceeded to tell me that it was only for items that had a red sticker, however this was not publicly displayed. I told her that it was incorrect and false advertising in she refused to alter the price and removed the tag once I had pointed it out to her that they were still advertising the product for the discounted price. I paid for the set as I really wanted them and felt quite disrespected by your staff. i advise that your staff be better trained when dealing with sales and specials, to publicly display properly and to pay attention to their stock and alter if need be to avoid any mishaps.

needless to say I will not be returning to this branch and advising others the same .
