**** earrings from Lovisa

I bought earrings for my daughter on the 29th of July 2022 from Lovisa Eastgate, so this past weekend I decided for her to put them on. I she then came home yesterday to find one of the earring actually broke, the part at the back actually stretched out, luckily they did not fall off.

She didn't see them she only saw when I mentioned it. When I bought these earrings I was highly convinced that they don't break nor change colour but they already have problems. I tried calling them now they are apologizing and telling me that I had only 30 days to return them. No one is offering to check them out and that I should come.

I spent R270 because they promised that they are quality but they are not even helpful
