Ear Piercing

I got my ears pierced at the wonderpark branch, but I had to first buy earrings then I get free ear piercing. So I brought R200 earrings but I told the lady that my ears are sensitive, would she recommend this earrings for me, she said I won't experience any problems. 1 day after piercing my ears started to react towards the earrings, my ears were itching and painful, I then took out the earrings to put on my own proper earrings but unfortunately I couldn't because the piercing closed immediately after pulling out the earrings. So I went back to the store hoping to get my ears pierced again but I was told that I first have to buy their earrings first before they can pierce me, and I showed them the earrings I already bought from them and explained they were itching on my ear. The lady just turned by away without helping me. I am so dissapointed with the service I got.
