Dubious staff at Tygervalley Branch

I am a huge fan of Lovisa and always shop at the stores in Gauteng. On the 26th of Dec i went to the Tygervalley branch at about 09:30 in the morning. I bought various items on sale and left. I then spent the day with family and when i got home later the afternoon i realised that my Unicorn children's watch was not in the packet. It was R180 and there was only one in store. It was, however, on my payment receipt and I paid for it. I tried to phone but no one picked up the phone. Eventually i had to drive back. Immediately when i walked in they knew that i left the item, however, it was back on the display unit (i.e. back for sale) even though i paid for it. They were all there when i bought it the morning and it is not that they did not know that i paid for the item. I find this unacceptable. How i see it is theft. It is so easy to think that i will not return and then just sell the item again. I am highly disgusted with the staff of this branch.
