Don’t trust the pretty Instagram ads

I ordered on 18/01/2021, it’s 07/02/2021 and I still haven’t received my order. The website claims 7-10 working days. It’s been 34 working days, WORKING DAYS! There I was thinking I would have a gift for Valentine’s Day. But no Valentine’s Day, not her birthday that was today. And their excuse is that I corona is delaying things... even if someone had corona that would take 14 days or quarantine and again, that is not working days. Lovisa, please give me money back order 26427.
