Don't pierce at Lovisa Eikestad Mall

I took my 2 daughters for piercing at Lovisa in Eikestad Mall on the 28th of April 2023. I told the store manager who did the piercing that the size she is using on my 1st daughter isn't the right one since she has thick ears and she insisted otherwise. A week after the earing got stuck in the ear low. I was informed by the very same manager to lodge a formal complaint by email with regards the wrong piercing of my child at Lovisa after reporting the matter in store several times. It's been almost a month now since this happened and they are not taking any actions apart from making empty promises as if I am a fool. Her hear is swelling and getting worse, so I hereby request that Lovisa assist me in getting the earing removed at any doctor as they promised because I definitely am not gonna do it myself whereas I trusted them to know what they are advertising to do when they clearly are clueless.
