Don't buy ONLINE

What a horrible customer service experience! I ordered from their online store and have yet to receive my order almost a month later. I received a packaging update almost three weeks ago to say that my order was being packed, only to receive a refund yesterday for a pair of earrings. You do not get updated on your order and they are so excruciatingly SLOW with shipping! I will NEVER buy on their site again!
