Don't buy from Lovisa Online - it's super slow and they can't manage their online stock

If you're thinking about buying online from Lovisa don't do it! Their online inventory is not monitored/ updated so you may think you've successfully purchased something online only to find out WEEKS later that you haven't, they no longer have the stock and won't escalate your customer service complaint to a manager. Furthermore there delivery times are really long and slow - if you're prepared to take a chance that what you supposedly bought will actually make it to you. I had a horrible experience buying masks (the only ones my kids will wear!) on their sale - only to find out over three weeks later that they no longer have stock (despite the exact same masks still being available for sale for full price on their site!!). Oh and how did I find out I wasn't getting my masks? Not from Lovisa! From Payfast refunding me my money. Without a doubt the worst online shopping experience I've ever had.
