Do not make online purchases at Lovisa SAF!!!

I made an online purchase in June 2020. I received the package, however, some of the items were missing. There was no communication whatsoever from Lovisa regarding my missing items.

I then proceeded to call the branch, and I was promised a refund in seven days. With still no refund after seven days, I called again. And I was told twice, by two different employees to call back and remind them to sort out my issue.

The customer service really is horrible.. I have been following up EVERY week on my refund.. it has been almost FOUR months and I have still not received my money.

If you want to waste your money, buy online at Lovisa :).
