Dishonest

Don’t shop online , i purchased an item online which arrived broken , i sent them a picture and asked them to replace the item they said it was out of stock and sent me a voucher , if I had to use the voucher online it would have costed me more with the courier charges so i went in store and there wasn’t any money on the voucher , i contacted them afterwards and they are a bunch of idiots , instead of assisting me they want to teach me how to use the voucher , i told them they can keep my voucher and rather teach their staff in store how to use a voucher .
