Disgusting service at Lovisa Vaal Mall

Lovisa, I am utterly and deeply dissapointed with the service today @Lovisa Vaal Mall! My daughter got a snake ring as a christmass present from her father. It is an adjustable ring. Aa she tried to adjust the ring, it snapped in half. Her father lives in Cape Town and sent the slip so we could take it back. They said no, because it was in perfect condition when he bought it ant sorry no exchange or refund! I explained and they didnt want to listen. The store lady then phoned her manager and guess what! After she refused to listen to reason she dropped the phone in my ear right after saying log your complaint via our website.
