Disgusting service @lovisa la lucia mall

On 6th March 2021 my son had a piercing done on the top (helix) part of his ear. This piercing was done with a gun at lovisa La Lucia mall. A few days later his ear became sore and red and started to swell. He called the store and spoke to one of the assistants. She advised him to continue using the ointment she had given him. On 12th March it became unbearably sore, swollen and painful , he then removed the earring. His entire ear became very inflamed. On 18th March he had to go to the doctor as the pain was now unbearable. The doctor had to make an incision at the back of his ear and prescribed medication. On 22nd March he still had no relief and had to go back to a doctor. R2000 later and alot of pain and my son's ear is still not healed. I have emailed and called the regional manager at lovisa, she hasn't as yet had the decency to reply. I have also emailed the customer care and they passing the email from person to person. Shocking service
