Disgusting service

Dear Lovisa,

Thank you for not giving me that call back you promised and of course, for selling me a pair of damaged earrings.

Not only are your staff members rude but your Head Office personnel is 10 times worst.

I am beyond disgusted by the service I received at your Cavendish branch from Tashrika as well as the assistant by the name of Letti from head Office who claims she forwarded my complaint to an area leader whom clearly doesn't know how to do their job.

I am waiting on a response from an operations manager regarding this horrific experience !!!
