DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE

I bought an ear piercing voucher for R250 for my granddaughter. I never received an email with the voucher number, only an email confirming my purchase. When my daughter got to the store they wanted a voucher number. I confirmed that I had not received an email with a voucher number. My daughter ended up paying for my granddaughter's ears to be pierced and was informed that I needed to contact customer services. I emailed customer services asking for a refund and they are telling me they cannot refund me. This is totally unacceptable, I WANT MY MONEY BACK. I eventually found an email in my trash showing a reference number, but by then it was too late.
