Disgusting conduct by Lovisa Centurion "manager"

Very disappointed and frankly disgusted with the conduct of Lovisa "Manager" at centurion. Last week I went into the shop to ask if I can return earings I found damaged in the wrapping if they were bought 32 days ago, considering the policy on the receipt. They were unworn. Lady tells me to come in a week's time when the manager is back, cordially so. In as much as I was dissapointed with the lack of assistance or urgency, I left and came back today, the date the manager is supposedly back from leave. Boy did I get rotten attitude from the said manager! she threw my receipt over to me saying it is over the return date, stating what I had already detailed to her as I came in and all I wanted to know was if I can swap the damaged tassle considering it had not been worn and apologized that I noticed so late. she had such a rotten attitude, screaming across the shop about who the hell told me to come back, how she is going to fire them, how I must bring the rest of the earings I got as part of the special in order to get the refund (gosh I had already told her I wore 2 of the 5 earings I had bought and when the occassion came for me to wear the others I then noticed the 1 pair was damaged badly and I had no intention to exchange everything except the one earing that was damaged). She made such a scene!! unnecessarily. shouting at a customer! I've been spending money at lovisa for years and had never sought to exchange anything or even have a query that would warrant such savagery. Had she spoken to me cordially and explained, I would've left with the damaged earings but such conduct warranted a demand for a refund. I am utterly disgusted. The scene was so unnecessary. making me wait while helping 2 other peoplethat came to the paypoint after me without explaining to me what they were doing to resolve my matter was certainly dissapointing and speaking about me in front of me in vernac was definite savagery. Sies! Lovisa needs to train their staff on service. They must definitely not have whoever was acting as "manager" today deal with any kind of client or lead any person for that matter. saying she would get the girl who asked me to return when the manager was back fired for not telling me there is nothing to be done was definitely uncalled for and none of my business. When I asked to escalate the matter she just walked off and said there is no head office or higher manager. Disgusted. Never setting foot in Lovisa centurion and most definitely advising everyone I know to never give business to that joke of an outlet.
