Disgraceful behavior

My kids went to Lovisa Menlyn on Saturday 13 April. As they were leaving, Koketso and Esther accused them of *****ing a ring she was wearing. A ring I bought over 10 years ago at Colette. The kids were humiliated and threatened in front of other customers. My daughter had to show them her old picture for them to let her go. They still didn't apologize. Then Esther had the guts to tell me not to raise my voice at her when she just accused my kids. Worst behavior I've ever experienced.
