Disappointing Experience at Lovisa Brooklyn Mall, Pretoria

I recently visited the Lovisa store in Brooklyn Mall in search of a few jewellery pieces for an event and to give as gifts, expecting a pleasant shopping experience. Unfortunately, the staff's rudeness and unfriendliness ruined my visit.

The sales associates seemed completely disinterested in helping me, just passing looks as if I didn't belong in the store. When I approached them for assistance, they were curt and unhelpful. I felt like I was a bother, rather than a customer.

The lack of customer service skills was shocking. No smiles, no greetings, no effort to make me feel welcome.

I left the store feeling frustrated and disappointed. As a customer, I expect basic respect and courtesy. Lovisa's staff failed to deliver. Every time I visited the store, I experienced the same kind of unfriendliness from the staff.

Until they improve their customer service, I'll take my business elsewhere.
