Damaged parcel, item not received

So I placed my first order with you guys. Very excited about the prices and the wide variety of jewelry. This morning I receive a call from the courier people. My parcel was damaged. I had to explain to him what I ordered so that he could find my items. He had 2 with him only out of the 4. I explained to him how the other 2 looks. And he could find atleast one more item. I email you and did not get much assistance from you. I received my parcel today. All my rings fit and are so beautiful I'm just very disappointed with the fact that I had to experience this on my first order. My earrings was not delivered and it's sad as for I was super excited to order.
