Customer service is pathetic

I am very disappointed in the service I received at Lovisa Southgate mall, I purchased a few gifts and seconds after paying for the gifts I told the lady that I changed my mind about a pair of earing's I purchased and she right out laughed at me and told me they have a no return policy on earing's even after I just purchased it and I didn't even leave the store yet. She didn't even package them as gifts she just wrapped it in a black wrap and that was it. It was definitely my last time purchasing anything at their store.
