Concerned about order

I ordered a week ago and I still have not heard anything regarding my order. Please help, I'm getting worried. I have tried calling and I was only asked to leave a voicemail. I have emailed and have not been assisted. I need the earrings for the wedding this weekend. This is really disappointing.
