Broken nose ring, from Lovisa

I had the most ****piest experience with Lovisa Fourways, I am aware of the policy in exchanging of body jewellery in general. I bought a nose ring on the 10 February 2025, and it unfortunately wasn't a good piece and it broke, I made sure I returned back to ask if I could maybe just top up on the price I paid for that one piece and get a different one. Goodness was I not shocked at the lack of management skills by the girl who is the manager, she didn't even bother to ask what could've been the case and told me how I should read my receipts, she had this ***** rested face not even bothered to make me comfortable in maybe leaving the store okay with whatever she was telling me. I want to believe the job can still be achieved by also learning some customer service in terms of how to talk to customers and all. The worst part was making sure that she makes me feel like I was stupid for not knowing how to use the ring, mentioning it as well to say clearly you didn't know what to do with that kind of jewellery, I am really ****ed and that girl weighed me by just looking at me and felt the need to disrespect and disregard what I was requesting, such a bunch of unprofessional and unfriendly staff members hired by the Lovisa company. 🤬
