Bad Service Lovisa Mall of the South

<p>I visited Lovisa on Saturday 13th August at the Mall of the South.</p> <p>It was around 18:40 when we got into the store and started looking around.</p> <p>By 18:55 Mandisa and Lerato (store assistants) were rushing us telling us that if we dont purchase by 19:00 the system will lock us out. I found their behaviour VERY unprofessional and the system locking out at 19:00 very hard to believe. Even after paying they could not be bothered to finish off the transaction and pack my earings nicely in the packet before attempting to cash up. I had to prompt Mandisa to put my purchase in the packet.</p> <p> </p> <p>For a paying customer I felt very rushed just because they wanted to cash up and go home, I was very unhappy with their conduct. I definitely wont want to purchase from Lovisa again if the staff are this poorly trained and rude to customers.</p>
