BAD SERVICE

Lovisa has the poorest and unproffesional service ever I will NEVER EVER buy from them again I placed an order paid and 4 days later they tell me they don't have stock they will send me a voucher or refund me its up to me so I asked that they rather refund me. After 2 days I received a mail that said they could not deliver my parcel because of the courier or some story so from there I am still waiting for my refund they promised 7 days but guess what its the day 8 and still have not received anything so sorry Lovisa for this bad service I will never buy from you not online and not in any store I rather look for some place else or get something different before I ever buy from you again.
