Bad service

I have bought nose rings at Lovisa East Rand Mall, I asked the lady with an attitude the best one and she showed me them not so helpful with attitude, I bought them at price R275, tried the round one's both they came out stones, few days I returned them but I already throw away slip which I never knew it would be a problem :-( ? Then the same lady forgot her name as I was still ****ed with her cold attitude says with Covid restrictions she can't be able to assist me I must go look for slip... so my R275 "925 silver jewellery " gone down the drain...I'm hurted and disappointed come to think how much loyal customer I am and buying their jewellery
