Bad Service at Lovisa Sandton City

I went to Sandton City yesterday to buy a piece of jewelry for an event I have on the weekend, unfortunately this was the only place where I could find something. The shop assistant was extremely slow and I was in a hurry, I asked her to please work a bit faster, she then threw the package at me and it landed on the floor, I made a comment and I was told to "pick it up" I paid R300 for something I will only use once! I will NEVER to back to ANY lovisa store because of this one person. One thing lovisa and their staff must understand is that jewelry is a luxury and with everything getting more and more expensive, this is the kind of thing people will give up, besides, I will rather shop at Temu and Shein, quality and prices are better - and you don't have to deal with shop assistants like this. When you have to close your business, think about all the complaints.
