Bad Service and not using them again, NEVER!

I purchased some items on this site and it was my first time, tried calling to find out how far is my order phone not going through and it’s been 9 days since I placed the order. There’s no communication as to when the parcel will be shipped it’s quiet and I’m so irritated, I’m not using this site again. Never I’m very irritated and angry.
