Bad service and management

I came to return rings that were too small and too big for my friend. We stood there for 20 minutes waiting for them to get hold of the manager which they couldn’t get a hold of. Then eventually she said maybe the work phone isn’t working and told me to come back the next day. So I wasted my time and now I have to make an extra trip.
