Bad service

I bought a watch at Lovisa Century city in February,it's oversized for obvious reasons but their machine to adjust the watch was broken till this day they haven't been able to fix / buy a new one. What's confusing is I came last month and the 2 ladies who were working that day said the guys who knows how to operate machine left at the end of his shift ,I came back the following day to find a manager who said the machine is not fixed yet 🤷🏼♀️
