Bad quality

Bad quality. When purchasing a set of earings, I never checked ti see how difficult it was ti open the clasp. I returned the item with the slip only to be told that they cannot accept returns on earings. Why do customers try earings on in your store if it is unhygienic.

Well I left them in the store with the staff. I dint want ****pie quality. They can keep it. Lesson learnt. DONT BUY FROM LOVISA
