Bad Online Shopping Experience

I would not recommend that anyone purchases items from there site for delivery. I had to wait really long for the items to be shipped out to me. When it arrived i had an item missing. I followed up and advised Lovisa on the missing item. They advised me that the item is out of stock. I was taken aback by this response as i was not told prior to me receiving my item that there was no stock. Also, when i checked online the item was still available for purchase. The lady rep**** and advised that the item has been removed however it was still available to purchase when i checked. They advised i can go into a store to make the purchase, however, the item in store was double the price i had initially paid. Lovisa really needs to find a better way of managing there online orders to ensure that all items are provided to a client within a reasonable time period and not 14 or more working days. They also need to ensure customer satisfaction as there are many unhappy clients and Lovisa does nothing to resolve their issues.
