Bad Example and Bad Company Image

I was in Kolonnade shopping centre today,I passed your Lovisa store on two ceperate occasions, and found a lady dressed in black pants and white shirt lying against the wall next to the counter busy typing on her cellphone ignoring the customers.<br> Second time around I asked one of your ladies who she was, their reply shocked me completely as she is the Regional Manager namely Bone.<br> This is a very bad immage for your company and a disgusting example for her staff members who should take instructions from her,who clearly does not lead by example.<br> Bad immage for Lovisa.
