Bad Customer Service and refund

Visited the Lovisa Store in Eastgate Shopping Center. <br> <br> Beautiful items, absolutely terrible customer service. As a first time shopper to this brand, i will NOT go back to buy anything from this Brand/Store again, simply due to the poor and disgusting service I received.<br> It is now 5 days since my purchase and no can tell me what happening with my refund.<br> <br> I swiped my card to pay for my purchase and was told it did not go through, i paid cash and left only to check on my bank statement it reflects as gone through. I have called everyday since then for assistance and visited this store to enquire what is happening.<br> <br> No one seems interested in assisting me. NO ONE has called me to even explain what is happening. This to me is not acceptable.
