Bad customer service and lack of problem solving

Bought an anklet within 7 days it came apart tried to reach other see my options already deleted emails my receipt cause i thought I won't need it anymore , was asked where i bought it and wheres my receipt i explained here at Northgate on Friday and deleted my mails already she seemed lost no assistance whatsoever she just looked at me and told her even without a receipt u do know your products it has a lovisa pendant on it so i left wet disappointed with the service and the product which I bought for R170 .
