Bad customer service

Lovisa at Eastgate has gone super down hill. I got my piercings done there by a sweet lady once, it was a pleasant experience which of course i would mention to other people. I brought my boyfriend to lovisa, they proceeded to pierce his ear with the colour he did not ask for (no heads up by the way) nor give him time to see for himself whether he thought the markings were even or not. They decided that the other colour suited him better which is crazy. You dont do something to somebodies body and personalize it to your liking, its to what they want. They are the one buying it, not you. Its his choice what he wants. Thats a horrible experience especially for someone new to piercings. 400 is alot and for it to be spent and recieve what you did not ask for is wack.
