Bad customer serice

Rude Sales Assistant.

Firstly I want to commend Lovisa for it's great products however, I seem to be getting bad customer service from a particular Sales Assistant named Nwabisa from your store at Mimosa Mall, Bloemfontein.

On Black Friday (November, 24th) I bought a watch but before I could leave the store I noticed another watch that I liked so I asked for an exchange. The Sales Assistant, Nwabisa showed much irritation with me telling me that it's very busy they don't like doing exchanges when it's that busy but I let it go cause I have worked in retail myself and I know how it can be.

Today I went to buy another watch and while I was putting the watch and the change in my bag she told me with much attitude and irritation again to hurry up I am wasting time.

Number 1: There was only one customer behind me. Number 2: If you have cameras you can check that I didn't even take more than 15 seconds to pack my things.

I love Lovisa, the Sales Assistants at most stores are usually great but I am sick of Nwabisa making my shopping experience at Lovisa awful.

Please sort out your stuff.
