Bad costumer service

I bought a gold necklace at Lovisa Lakeside mall Benoni..I only wore it once it turned silver took it back to the store the consultant there was rude told me they don't have it anymore I will have to wait for it she will contact me when she gets it I am still waiting for the call it's been a month
