Bad attitude and no customer service

I went to Lovisa in Brooklyn this evening and when I was done selecting the products I want to purchase I approached the till. There was no one there, however one of the ladies who works at the store was fixing the display right next to the till. I called her indicating I need assistance she merely looked at me, didn’t say a thing, turned around and resumed what she was doing.

One of her colleagues who saw what happened came to assist me. I told her that her colleague has a bad attitude with zero customer service. I’ve worked in retail and even managed a store so I know what customer service is. I’m appalled that there is such a person working in an industry where you are the face of the company and have interactions with the end users of the product.

I asked for her name and was told it’s Pinkie/Pinky. Not happy at all.
