Absolutely terrible customer service

Absolute worst shopping experience at Lovisa in the Garden Route Mall, George. Bought 3 items that had been marked down and when the assistant rang it up the total was suddenly R570 instead of R260. She tried to force us to pay the higher amount as she claimed the items were wrongly priced. All 3 assistants made quite the scene in front of a full store of customers and made us look like we were in the wrong, despite the fact that the stickers clearly indicated the price that the items were supposed to be sold to us. Their behaviour and attitude were so unprofessional and downright rude. I have supported this store for years, but I will never return or recomment Lovisa to anyone again.
