Spam sms not stopping
Spam sms everyday, many times a day. I have rep**** STOP and OPT OUT and STOP:OUT more than ten times but the sms do not stop

I have however sent your Mobile number to be removed from promotional communications. This can take 48 hours to be completed but will stop after this. Please let us know if you still receive promotional messages after the 48 hours so we can investigae. Thank you.
