Recurring issue with sid payment and lack of app uniformity

I have had many issues with sid payment. I clear my browser history before I start but it stalls often. I have to key in my details twice. Online help told me to use other options or contact my bank, which is pathetic. It works fine with lotto and lotto star apps. Also, features are missing in the tablet and web apps. Its FRUSTRATING when there is no uniformity. Time to spend elasewhere where it's not a hassle.
