LIVECHAT support non existent and PROMOTIONS are SUSPECT

I wasted 10 minutes waiting for livechat response. It states 3:43 waiting time and I was NO 1 IN QUEUE. Their AUGUST PROMOTION STATES *You can win a maximum of double the underlying payout. .... but there are no explanations or conditions. What Is the minimum payout? R1 ? Is this a way to fleece people out of their money?
