blocks your account from making a withdrawal
So i opened a new account to play on this casino. deposit R600 and played it through I won small amounts here and there and decided after a while it's not going anywhere and cashed out the little win R400. Immediately after cashing out. Lottoland suspended my Account without reason I contacted support to ask why they closed my new account. they say I need to upload fica. So i asked how can i fica if you closed my account. All other casino notify you to fica before withdrawal. Lottoland suspendeds your account if you try to withdraw and you cannot log back in to fica even. So the **** casino is now probably with holding the little R400. Please Don't play on this casino. If you make a withdrawal they will block suspended your account. Lottoland only allows for deposits. Any withdrawal will get you locked out of your account. I will be posting more of this on my socials. I told them they could keep the R400 they trying to **** me out of as they have already with out notice just blocked my account. Don't deposit money with this casino they will block you out of your account with O reasons and keep your winnings. I had to run a round to find a consultant to explain what I did wrong and why all of a sudden my account was blocked.They dont block you if you deposit they dont care where the money comes from you can deposit all you want no fica notice nothing bring all the money you want. They actually tell you you can make your first deposit Immediately. But when you withdraw they block your account. They say they need a copy of your id bankstatement etc, No problem it's part of the process i Understand but , how I'm I supposed to upload this documents with a blocked account. You can deposit any money dirty money they don't care all these casinos are alike it's deposit now but when you withdraw it's a full DNA test .But Lottoland I wouldn't recommend to anyone just stay away from this one. play lottostar and betway no problems.

Your withdrawal was still paid out even though the account was under review to which the required documents were requested and provided. The account is open and can be accessed based on the verification of documents matching the registered details.
We do apologize that you felt too much was being asked for, but can assure the KYC (Know Your Customer) document requirements are the same at all legitimate betting sites.
Any withdrawals from here will be much easier as the documents are on file and account is verified.
