Account verification
If i could it would be zero stars. Been a member from April 2025. If you deposit money they don't have a problem but now that I want to withdraw money, all off a sudden my account verification is in process. So why did they let me deposit money an play if my account was not verified?

Thank you for your feedback with regards to your experience.
Account verification is a regulatory requirement which is why that needed to be completed before a withdrawal could be created. Deposits do not need a verified account as transactions are made from your side which generally need to be authenticated as well. Withdrawals we need to confirm who we are paying the money to and if the details match that of the deposits for Licence requirements.
Your account verification was completed the very next morning after you sent your first requests and your withdrawal created an hour after that.
We are sorry that these requirements caused concern, however will be the same with any online betting operator.
